Trade Fare at Kamla Nehru College for Women One day ‘Entrepreneurial Trade Fare’ was organized at the Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara on April 13, 2017. The event was organized by the Post Graduate Department of Commerce of the College.The event was planned and executed by the students of B.Com(Professional) final year. Principal of the college Dr. Kiran Walia was the chief guest of the fare. She inaugurated the event and visited all the stalls.

During the event, various stalls of hand made products were put up by the students which included Dazzling candle art, Handmade jewellery,Nail art and mehndi, Wind chimes and quiling art, Blossoming pot art,Different types of fun games, Sparkling art creation, Food court, Knotty knitters and Handy Mandy crafts (Best out of waste items). The amount collected by the sale of these products will also be given to the students.
On the occasion, Principal Dr. Kiran Walia appreciated the work and creativity of the students and encouraged the H.O.D. of commerce department Mrs. Sanjana Walia and the faculty department for their commendable efforts.
