Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara organised a grand farewell party in the college auditorium to bid adieu to the outgoing class by the department of Cosmetology and Science. The chief guest of the occasion , Ms. Asha , Vinayak Public School and Ms. Balvir, SDKMV  were accorded floral felicitation by the college Principal, Dr. Savinder Pal, Vice principal, Dr. Ruminder kaur, Ms. Sanjana, Ms. Manvinder and Ms. Priyanka.
On the occasion colorful programmes like dances and songs were displayed by the host classes which were appreciated by the whole audience with thundering applause.To add fun to this programme games were also organized for the students.Modeling was the main attraction of the day.Sharan  from B.Com was awarded Miss KNC where as Payal  from Bsc Medical and Ritu  from Cosmetology were adjudged as 1st and 2nd runner up. Further, the title of Miss Elegant was bagged by Gursharan from DCA, title of Miss Confident was awarded to Himani  from B.Com,  kajal from B.Com and Meenakshi from Cosmetology were decorated with the title of Miss Beautiful Hair and Miss Beautiful Smile respectively. Ms. Isha and Ms. Aarti were given prize for best modelling. College Head Girl, Sharan gave a very heartwarming Thankyou speech on the behalf of all the outgoing students in which she thanked our College Principal, Vice- Principal, all the teachers, her peers for their extreme support, influence and motivation at all the levels.After that Himanshi bid adieu on the behalf of all the juniors, wishing the outgoing class a very bright and prosperous future ahead.

On this occasion Principal of the institution  wished best of luck and bid farewell to the outgoing students and motivated them by saying anything can be achieved by sincere hard work and dedication.The function concluded with a beautiful dance performance by the students. At last special lunch was arranged by the College for the students and staff members.
