PG Department of Commerce organised a bank visit to IDBI Bank,  Phagwara on 21st October 2023, in which 28 students of B.com- 3rd sem and B.com – 5th sem visited in two groups  along with teacher incharges Ms. Nidhi Jassal  and Ms. Neha Kapoor Assistant Professor in Commerce . Mr. Rahul Chand (Assistant manager) , Mr. Deepak Batra ( Branch Manager) were associated with the students to provide useful information regarding the Voucher,  NEFT/RTGS,  and clearing cheque machine , KYC norms,  Account opening process etc and also solved all the queries of the students . This visit enhanced the practical knowledge of the students. Dr Savinder Pal Principal of the college and Ms.Sanjna Walia Head of  commerce department congratulated and motivated the faculty members to organise such visits in future.
