Department of Fashion Designing organized “Best Out Of Waste” competition on 14 September
2024 at 9:30 AM Department of Fashion Designing. Twenty Eight students of the department
enthusiastically participated in this competition. In this competition the students tried to prove
their talent in the best possible way. They made different types of Photo Frames, Baskets, Wall
Hanging, Pen Stand, Boxes from Waste Material. Fashion Designing Department organize this
competition under the supervision of Principal Dr. Savinder Pal.
Sunita of Bsc.Fd.3rd semester begged First Position.Dimple Bsc.Fd.5th semester and Simran
Bsc.Fd.1st semester begged Second Position. Jasmeen Diploma in Fashion Designing and
Amandeep Suman Msc.Fashion Designing 1st semester begged Third Position. Where as Jashan
Bsc.Fashion Designing 3rd semester and Namisha Bsc.Fd.5th semester got Consolation Prizes.
Principal Dr. Savinder Pal congratulate the students for their achievements and also motivated
them to make progress. Principal Dr. Savinder Pal appreciated the efforts of the Fashion
Designing Department and motivated them to organize such events in future to enhance the
skills of students.
