The installation of Central Association (CA) Committee for the academic session 2016-17 was held at Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara on Monday and 16 students were selected for the same.
Priyanka Walia was chosen as the Head Girl for the session, while Priya Bains became vice Head Girl. Astha was chosen as secretary, Srishti Kant became Joint Secretary, Navneet became Treasurer while Neha Dhiman became Joint Treasurer. Ten students of various classes of the college were chosen as Public Relations Officers. These students will be responsible for maintaining discipline and cleanliness in the college premises throughout the session.
Principal of the college Dr. Kiran Walia along with Central Association in charges Dr. Asha Sharma, Ms. Purnima, Ms. Manisha and Ms. Mallika gave away batches and tags to the association members. On the occasion, Principal mam congratulated the CA members and motivated them to perform their duty with utmost dedication.
