Cosmetology dept of kamla Nehru College for women Phagwara organised one day practical workshop on yoga techniques and physical exercises. On this occasion the expert was Ms.Bindu kohli Asst. Professor in cosmetology in HMV College jalandhar. She has 19 years of teaching experience in cosmetology. She was general manager in gold’s gym jalandhar for 5 years. The workshop was specially designed for giving knowledge of yoga techniques and physical exercises. A practical session was also held of yogasans , pranayam and stretching.
