The students of Kamla Nehru Junior College for Women Phagwara have made the institution proud by bagging top positions in the Inter-District sports competition held at the Cambridge International School Phagwara. Students of 10+1 namely Bhoomika, Sapna, Salma and Harminderjit Kaur bagged first position in table tennis competition. Students of 10+2 namely Amarpreet Kaur, Simran Mehmi, Navdeep Kaur and 10+1 students namely Prerna and Bhavna Singla bagged second position in badminton. Principal of the college, Dr. Kiran Walia congratulated the winners and the Sports Department faculty members on this achievement and motivated the students to keep up the spirit and wished them all the best.
