Orientation Programme was held for newly admitted students in 10+1  at Kamla Nehru Junior College for Women,Phagwara with an aim to make students accustomed with the new college surroundings. Ms. Aarti from commerce department welcomed the students. In the Introductory sessions, all faculty members introduced themselves to the students. Dr. Savinder Pal , college principal, welcomed and addressed the students. In her presidential speech, she exhorted the students to work hard to achieve their goals. She also emphasised on the transition from the school to the college system. The known world is going to change, many of the things students will be experiencing for the first time. She also wished them good luck for their new beginning.
