Department of Home Science of Kamla Nehru College for Women, Phagwara celebrated the 75th Independence day with Pot Decoration Competition on the theme of Independence Day. The event took place under the supervision of worthy Principal Dr. Savinder Pal. Many students of the College participated in this activity  to mark the occasion. In the competition Ms.Bandana of BA 1st semester was awarded first position, Ms.Maninder and Ms.Kajal of BA 1st semester got second  and third position respectively. Principal Dr. Savinder Pal congratulated all of winners and participants and encouraged the students to get involved in more such activities. She also appreciated Dr. Priyanka Aeri Head Department of Home Science for organizing this event.
