Departments of Sanskrit and Hindi, Kamla Nehru College, Phagwara, Organised  a one day seminar on the topic *Sanskrit Kimartham under the direction of Principal Dr. Savinder Pal.  Mr. Sarvesh Chadda and Mr.Bhagwati Prasad from Sanskrit bharti punjab were specially present in the programme.
They inspired more and more students to study Sanskrit and  aware them about the importance and uniqueness of Sanskrit. More than 40  students of the college participated enthusiastically in the program.
Many professors of the college were also present in the program. The program was conducted by   Mrs. Ritu Sharma department of Sanskrit.  Principal Dr. Savinder Pal honoured the visiting guests on behalf of the college by giving mementos and congratulated the Sanskrit and Hindi Department for organizing this program.
