The Department of Economic of Kamla Nehru College for women, Phagwara, organized a slogan writing competition on the topic of “Economic Issues in Current Scenario”. Many students participated in the competition and games. They discussed their future plans and spoke on various topics.  Ms. Preiti (BSc Economics-Sem IV) and Samriti (BSc Economics-Sem IV) stood first while Ms. Dupinder Kaur (BSc Economics-Sem II) and Ms. Divya (M.A Economics- Sem IV) stood second in this Competition.  Ms. Renuka (M.A Economics- Sem II) won Third Prize and Ms.Palvi (BSc Economics-Sem VI) declared Student of the Year. Principal of the college, Dr. Kiran Walia congratulated the students for such a wonderful event and gave away prizes to the winners.
