PG department of commerce of Kamla Nehru College for Women,Phagwara organized Extension lecture on topic Banking Schemes for Savings and Investments on 04.02.2025. Under the able guidance of honourable College Principal Dr. Savinder Pal.The key note speakers of the day Mr.Gurravdeep Singh( Manager Union Bank of India ,Loan point ),Miss Vaishnavi Wadhwa,(Assistant Manager ,Marketing) and Mr Rontu Dehingia ( Branch Manager) deliberated on the importance of the various banking schemes available for the students and different savings and investment schemes for the staff. Around 100 students along with faculty members Miss Simranjeet Kaur and Miss Jagjit kaur attended this lecture .They throughly enjoyed the information conveyed to them .College Principal Dr. Savinder Pal congratulated the staff members to conduct this lecture and motivated the faculty members to organise such informative lectures in future also.
