On November 19,2024, Under the leadership of Principal Dr. Savinder Pal, Admission Committee of Kamla Nehru College for Women,Phagwara organized “Kaushlam: Inter-School Competition” to promote young talent and provide platforms for their growth beyond academics. The Chief Guest, Ms. Anupam Kaler, A.D.C , Phagwara, the Special Guest , Advocate Kumud Sharma, Judicial Court, Phagwara, Mrs. Nidhi Sardana, Director, Kamla Nehru Educational Institutions were given a warm welcome by Dr. Savinder Pal, Vice Principal Dr. Ruminder Kaur and the organizing team. A total of 246 students from 22 schools enthusiastically participated in a range of activities, including , Folk song, Debate, Collage Making, Ad mad show, Cartooning, Cooking Without Fire, Trash to Treasure, Creative Make-up, Instagram Reel Making competitions. The over-all trophy was won by Swami Sant Das Public School, Phagwara whereas Kamla Nehru Public School, Phagwara got second. While addressing the students, Advocate Kumud Sharma congratulated the winners and gave best wishes to the students. Madam Swati and Madam Jyoti Anand were the stage secretary. At the end of the event, Principal Dr. Savinder Pal expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the organizing committee for their efforts in making the event a resounding success.
